Contract Phase
During this stage, you will give your initial plans based on your general design ideas. Once the contract gets approved, we move on to the gathering phase.
Gathering Phase
At this point, you will send photos of your home pegs, sample property designs, and other useful resources for specific styles and designs you would like to recreate for your home.
Preliminary Phase
Sketches of floor plans, drawings, and elevations will be given to you for review. You can suggest necessary adjustments along the way. Once approved, we proceed to the design phase.
Design Phase
We will move forward with the major components of the design and add more floor and elevation details. Minimal changes can still be made during this phase.
Construction Phase
After constant modifications, the project goes into the construction phase. A final set of plans will be sent for your review. Everything is set and ready for the next steps of building your dream home!
